We currently have an outstanding career opportunity for a Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team. We are seeking an aggressive and persistent recruiter with specific talent acquisition experience at a technology-centric firm, a rapidly growing startup or large successful professional services or technical company. You should be well-versed in the many different roles that make up a professional recruiting role. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in all aspects of the recruiting process and work for an exciting, fast-growing industry leader.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive full life-cycle recruitment process for all requisitions
  • Research salary and compensation trends at all levels of the organization for all positions
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, administer appropriate assessments and reference/background checks
  • Make recommendations for hire and communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, etc.)
  • Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs, online job fairs, community networking events, college recruiting initiatives, social media, etc.
  • Write, review, modify and post job descriptions to various job boards accurately and within the specified timeframe(s) with proper approval channels
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need by using a wide degree of creativity and latitude, while keeping in line with the recruiting budget
  • Manage internal transfer/promotion process to include screening, coordination of interview with hiring manager, transfer offer letter, etc.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on interview process status
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal business partners and externally for networking and referrals
  • Provide timely progress updates on prospecting, interview and placement activity
  • Obtain feedback and interview notes from Hiring Managers
  • Expected to constantly look for opportunities to improve the current process and share ideas with Manager and team
  • Responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience by maintaining a professional, respectful, and caring attitude with all candidates
  • Assist in the onboarding of hires

Required qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of recent experience with high volume, fast-paced recruitment
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in related field
  • Ability to navigate through and stay abreast of all top job boards and social media
  • Ability to multitask and meet goals within set time-frame
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Creative, driven, passionate and positive self-starter
  • Ability to take initiative and work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Highly developed professional level communication skills (written & verbal)
